Terms

25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner’s bank account on confirmation. The balance is required 2 months before your arrival.

All prices include water and electricity, except for winter bookings (from 1 November to 31 April). During this period guests are asked to cover electricity costs. A final charge for cleaning is not included in the above rates. A payment of 150 Euro on arrival is required to cover cleaning costs.

A security deposit of 800 Euro must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house. It's necessary to have full insurance cover for each person staying. Please be aware that all guests must present their insurance policy on arrival. A linen laundry charge of 13 Euro is charged per bed.
